1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Scheduler ("the App"), developed by Omar Almasalmeh, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

AI Scheduler is an AI-powered tool that extracts dates and events from text, images, PDFs, and voice recordings, then syncs them to your Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook.

3. User Accounts

  • You must sign in with a valid Google or Microsoft account to use the App.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems.
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the App.

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Omar Almasalmeh. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. AI-Generated Content & Data Handling

The App uses artificial intelligence (powered by Hugging Face) to extract dates and event information. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming all extracted events before syncing them to your calendar.

By uploading files or images, you agree to have them processed transiently by these AI services. We do not retain, store, or use your uploaded content to train any models. For detailed information on data practices and FERPA compliance, please review our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

AI Scheduler is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to missed events, incorrect date extraction, or calendar synchronization errors.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. You may stop using the App and revoke OAuth access at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
